In the right Light

A project of suesswasser e.V.

Good that there’s no such thing as brown light. And this is unlikely to change - either by the march of LED technology nor the AfD. Red, green, blue and their combinations are to be seen in the Hall of Harbor 2 every evening during the Luminale. From Sunday to Tuesday - in an installation, where light colors and positions vary, to produce different moods. The intervals last altogether ten minutes. Open from 6 to 10 p.m.

On Tuesday, projected light hits the screen: Around 8 pm, the Bunt statt braun(Colors instead of Brown) League will present a film during the course of the International Week against Racism. Admission from 7 pm. Before the screening, it will be seen whether the screen can be immersed in brownish light - with the aid of Chocolate color foil and 746 - the result is rather pathetic.

On Friday, R, G and B get the chance to show what they can do “live”, in a gig by US-American band Loch Lomond. The ensemble around Anna Hoone and Ritchie Young plays unconventional pop and, in the right light, looks enchanting. Admission to this concert is free of charge for Luminale visitors, entry 21:30, begin: 10 p.m.
