Luminale at the Atelierhaus B71

The Atelierhaus (Studio House) B71 offers space for 30 artists. In the former leather stamping factory studios for graphic designers, painters, sculptors, fashion designers, photographers and performance artists are provided. Framed by apartment blocks, the three-story building is close to Offenbach's waterfront. The studios of various sizes are spread over three floors. The large, light-flooded room on the third floor (200m2) is used by all as an exhibition space or gallery.

One group of female artists, influenced by life in the City of Offenbach and the immediate, and swiftly-changing surroundings of the Atelierhouse, is engaged intensively with the theme of "Urbanity". This has led to a permanent exhibition, which was - and still is - shown at various locations. The artist group includes Karin Rosemarie Bleser, Dorit Börner, Cornelia Gross, Marianne Hegner, Jutta Hilscher, Ute Jeuter, Ina Juretzek, Ilona Metscher und Annette Scholz.

At the Luminale the ATELIERHAUS B71 participates with the following projects:

» WORD CREATIONS

» URBAN GROWING

» LIGHT JEWELS

» PUBLIC PAINTING
